Born in Chalchuapa, Santa Ana, El Salvador, Monse brought her family traditions and passion for Salvadoran cuisine to Colorado. What began as a handmade food journey through farmers markets, local stores, and community events grew into a place where culture, flavor, and connection come together.

Every dish is carefully crafted with authentic recipes, fresh ingredients, and the same love that inspired the beginning of this story. More than a restaurant, Monse’s is a place to experience Salvadoran culture, share meaningful moments, and enjoy food made with heart.
